We are experienced in hosting corporate meetings and conferences and pride ourselves on ensuring you can get on with the business of your meetings, as we look after all the supporting details.

CORPORATE GOLF DAYS:
A Day at the Park
The Park Course is now recognised as one of Melbourne's premier public access courses. Towering gums and pine trees provide a picturesque setting for your corporate event. The course provides a challenging but fair test of golf with minimal dress restrictions so your guests will be comfortable all day.
Relax in a clubhouse designed to cater for any number of guests in comfort with stunning views of the course providing the perfect background. Our extensive catering and refreshment options when coupled with the first class golf course are the ingredients that will separate your golf day at Amstel from the rest.
Our professional catering, management, pro shop and ground staff will work together with you to ensure you meet all the desired goals from your event and most importantly make your guests remember this day long into the future.
GREEN FEE OPTIONS
Shotgun Start
8.00am Tee Off:
12.30 Tee Off:
The course is completely reserved for your group only and all players begin the round simultaneously, this enables you to begin your post golf presentation and function immediately.
1st and 10th Tees
Groups of 40 - 80 players can utilise two tees enabling players to begin and conclude their rounds in a shorter period of time.
1st Tee Only
Groups of less than 40 players will tee off the first tee only.
TEE ALLOCATION
Our Pro Shop staff will happily prepare your tee allocation and display in prominent locations around the venue.
CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES
We have a number of areas available depending on the number of patrons attending, all with private bar facilities and easy access to amenities. Additionally, our locker rooms include shower facilities for players wanting to "freshen up" following the round.
There is no room hire charge when hosting a corporate golf event.
CATERING OPTIONS
Each individual group has different needs and requests, and as such, our catering team will always create a menu to suit your requests and budgetary requirements. To discuss menu alternatives, please contact our Functions Manager (Tony Chandler) on 5990 8210. Snack menus, cocktail menus, finger food menus, two and three course menus and buffet meals can all be prepared in consultation with you. Or if you have a particular request, our team will be happy to create a menu to suit.
HIRE EQUIPMENT
A fleet of 20 motorised Yamaha carts is available plus a full range of clubs, buggies and shoes.
All players must have their own set of clubs.
COMPETITIONS
Amstel can provide markers for on course competitions such as Nearest The Pin and Longest Drives as well as collation of final results all at no extra charge. This allows you to interact with your clients without the worries of compiling results quickly.
ON-COURSE SIGNAGE
Sponsors are welcome to display banners, signage, posters and other display material around the course. Any major or significantly sized signage (requiring assistance erecting) must be approved by Amstel Golf Club and at the course no later than three days before the event to enable erection.
ON-COURSE BEVERAGES
A drinks cart is available for hire and is stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks including light and heavy beer, bottled water, soft drinks and chocolate bars. Items will be charged to an account.
PRIZES
The pro shop has a large range of golfing equipment and accessories. We recommend selecting prizes prior to the day if you have specific requests. Gift vouchers are also available from the pro shop. Additionally, trophies and glassware can be purchased through the Club including engraving of your company logo.
